Old Yellow

Hello Audrey here once again. Some more photos from a scrapbooking retreat that I attended on a lovely farm, in Western Australia. This car was put together by the couple who run the farm and the retreats from other old car parts. I've chosen to call it Old Yellow. Apparently Santa takes pride and place each year on the seat and the grand kids love it.

49 and Market's Vintage Artistry Nature Study was perfect for this layout. I chose Nature Study - Observations from the Nature Study - 12x12 Collection Paper Pack as my base paper. Then built a layered background of various papers, Ephemera, Laser Cut Elements to frame the photo.

Nature Study - Laser Cut Wings are a featured over my layout, I adore them. I like to add a little shape to the wings before I glue them on, using hot glue.

The tag from the Nature Study - Ephemera Bits has three butterflies printed on it. I found the same butterflies from the Wings pack and glued them on top of the tag ones.
To finish off I added lots of rub on transfers from various collection from 49 and Market. Can you spot them?

From this pack I used

Nature Study - Laser Cut Mushrooms & Foliage

 Nature Study - Ephemera Bits

Vintage Artistry Countryside - 12x12 Color Wash Rub on Transfer Sheet

Until Next Time

Love You - Album Inside

Hi Audrey here to share the inside of the album 'Love You'. I shared the cover and the making of the dangles on the spine in a previous post.
I’ve used the Create-an-Album, Tall Chunky in white and for the base pages inside I’ve used the Create-an-Album Tall book Pages - White and Create-an-Album 4x6 Waterfall Enclosure - White.
I decorated the inside pages with both 12x12 and 6x8 paper from the bright and colourful Spectrum Gardenia Collection.
The Spectrum Gardenia -  Essential File Set was perfect inside for pockets, tuck spots and hidden journaling or photos.
The Create-an-Album 4x6 Waterfall Enclosure - White fits on a pages easily, so I decorated one of those and glued it into the album.
The album is choc-o-block full of Gardenia goodies. From chipboard to laser cuts.
I used washi tape and stickers, packaging from the product and even lots of fussy cut elements 49 and Market print as extras on their packaging, throughout the album. Leaving lots and lots of room for photos and journaling.

*Don't forget *You can see a run through finished album, on the 49 and Market YouTube channel*
