You are Sunshine and Joy - Layout

Sunshine and joy,, that's what this layout is all about and Spectrum Gardenia brings the Joy out even more..
Hi Audrey here once again with another layout of my little muse, my granddaughter, Cadence.
I have to be honest I got a little giddy when I seen these frames in  the Spectrum Gardenia - Ephemera Bits, I love them. I used packaging from the Laser Cuts for the smaller floral prints behind the frames.
I added an extra score line on the fold flaps on the back of the envelope from the Spectrum Gardenia - Essential File Set. This gave it a bit more depth so I could make the floral arrangement inside using the awesome Laser cut Elements. I gave the flowers some extra shape (curves) and attached them using hot glue.
I wanted to make the butterflies on the Spectrum Gardenia Classics - Menagerie Medley paper pop a little so I found the same or similar ones from the Spectrum Gardenia - Butterfly Laser Cut Elements pack and mounted over the same butterfly on the page.
To finish off the page I added my title using the Spectrum Gardenia - Chipboard Words, added a floral trim and even flower for the dot on the 'i' and a trim of ric rac from Spectrum Gardenia - Essential Laser Cut Elements.

You

Hello once again. Audrey here with a layout featuring my son Liam along with some of the Newest of Collections - Spectrum Gardenia.

Spectrum Gardenia Solids - Black and purple are my base papers. I trimmed the purple so it could be framed by the black. Then trimmed Spectrum Gardenia classics - Violaceous so there was about a 2cm frame of the purple showing and ripped the bottom edge away.

I stuck the larger of the Vintage Artistry Essentials - Whitewash Chipboard Frames to Spectrum Gardenia Solids - Black leaving a frame around and then trimmed my main photo to fit inside that frame showing a small amount of black paper on each edge. It was then mounted slightly to the left of the layout. A smaller whitewash frame was stuck to the bottom right of that photo.
Layer frames, ephemera, tags and tickets behind the smaller of the photos.
Tuck some film strip behind and around the smaller photo. Add extra tags to from the Laser cut Elements. I adore the pins so I tried to make them look like they were attached to the film strip by cutting one side of the pin and sticking it behind.
To finish off I tucked some tickets, ephemera behind and added rips and rolls to the Spectrum Gardenia classics - Violaceous paper and lots of rub on transfers in black..

Loved

Hi Audrey here with a layout to share. I love the beautiful tones of 49 and MarketColor Swatch- Toast and they inspired me to scrap this photo of my granddaughter Cadence. I started by using Color Swatch- Toast Paper #1 as my base page and sanded the edge to bring out a pop of white. I trimmed Colour Swatch Toast - Paper #2 so there was a frame of about 1cm showing of the base paper. I also sanded the edges of this and the other papers to come.

The photo was centred on the mini me version of the Colour Swatch Toast - Paper #2 from the 6x8 pack with a strip ripped from the bottom. This helped extend the floral pattern a little higher on the page also. I then placed a mounted frame from the Colour Swatch Toast - Frame Set over the top of the photo. A trimmed and ripped piece of Colour Swatch Toast - Paper #3 was centred towards the top of the layout and stuck in place only in the centre so I can then tuck extra goodies behind. I then stuck the piece of paper with the photo attached in the same way on top of that.

With the main papers and photo in place I then tucked Laser Cut Elements, tickets, tab and acetate leave in place around the photo and papers until I was happy. I then build a collection of flowers, Laser cuts and filmstrip etc to both sides of the photo.

The title is the 'Loved' word from the Vintage Artistry Serenity 12x12 Rub-On Transfer Sheet. To create it I rubbed the image onto white card then fussy cut it out, then mounted it in place to finish off the layout.
