The Best of Friends

Hello there, Audrey here once again to share some creativity. This week I had the chance to play with the Vintage Artistry Tranquility - Ultimate Page Kit. Oh My!!! What a fabulous concept!! The kit contains enough to make four fantastic layouts with instructions. With lots left over to add to the pages. Ideal if you want to get detailed pages done fast. The one I completed I chose to sort of follow the instruction but then gained some mojo while doing it and decided to level up the layout a little.

Home - Album, Inside Pages

Hi Audrey here to share the inside of the album 'Home' I shared with you the cover of, a couple of weeks ago, using 49 and Market, Vintage Artistry Countryside. I used the Foundations Memory Keeper Quad Folio in Black to create this album. You'll also find a run through video on the 49 and Market YouTube channel HERE

For the front I used the Sunny Days paper from Vintage Artistry - Countryside 12x12 Collection Pack on the outside of the folio, film strips, laser cuts and rub on transfers with and a mix of both 12x12 and 6x8 paper inside from the same collection. You can see and watch how this was done in a previous blog post.
I decorated the inside pages with both 12x12 and 6x8 paper. The best thing about the 6x8 paper packs by 49 and Market is they're perfectly sized for the Filio, for full pages. I cut the paper to fit in other places making sure there was a frame of black showing from the Foundations Memory Keeper Quad Folio. I like to use white card to show where a photo can be placed.
Behind and in front of some of the photo mats I created little tuck spots for journaling tags to tucked into. These were made by stapling or gluing Vintage Artistry - Countryside - Tag Set , Vintage Artistry - Countryside Laser Cut Wildflowers and Vintage Bits Essential filmstrips{in various colours}together. I also used the Film strip on a photo mat, making sure I only stuck part of the strip in place so I could tuck photos behind. I did the same with any Laser cut elements overlapping the mats.

To finish off I added ripped strips of Vintage Bits Lace Washi Set - Salsa on nearly every page.
