The Joy of Christmas

It's that time of year again, we're getting in or a least trying to get into the spirit of the season. Here's December's mood board for Scrap the Girls.

The colours are inspirational, come play along, there is some awesome prizes.

The layout that very nearly didn't happen after a little mishap with my Raident Rain Solar Gold, one of my favourite colours to work with lately. After a glass of wine and gathering myself together I ended up having a blast playing and painting, even the sharpie pens came out, so much fun and messy play.

Lucky I had my stay at home comfy clothes on. I guess my pants are now my 'stay at home, arty pants' :D

Products used - Chipboard by Your Creative Wings, paper by Blue Fern Studios, card by Bazzill. Other products used - Raident Rains - Solar Gold & Hot Cinamon. Stamps by Blue Bazzar, Kaisecraft, Hero Arts and Stamp-it, paint by Golden, ink by Versa Color - Versa Fine Black Onyx. Sharpie pen and Zig.

The lesson learn't here,,,, don't give up, a stamp here, a blob of paint there, a splatter here and there, even add another dribble to the dribble that wasn't meant to be. You just never know the outcome. It's only paper. Play, have some fun.
